Once your wedding date is confirmed, the fun begins! Your first planning session is typically scheduled within 2 to 4 weeks, at a time that works for you both. From there, your team guides you through every step until the big day.

As part of your wedding journey, your Wedding Concierge will invoice the Marriage License and Administrative Fee before your arrival. Because each destination has its own requirements, fees vary by island. Your attentive Wedding Planner or Concierge will walk you through every detail, so you can relax and focus on the celebrations ahead.

A non-refundable $250 deposit is due at booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before arrival. Items added within 60 days of travel are subject to availability.

If plans change, cancellations made 45 or more days before arrival receive a full refund, excluding non-refundable items. Cancellations made 44 to 31 days out receive 50% back. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.

Certain items, including select deposits, administrative fees, custom supplier items, and floral purchases cancelled within 45 days of arrival, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your Wedding Planner can answer questions on specific items.

The islands of Jamaica and Turks & Caicos do not require a medical or blood test to be performed.
