Choose Your Gift

To be eligible for this reward, a member must fulfill the following conditions:

1. Be an active Island Insiders Club member of Coral status or higher.
2. Member must be logged into the Sandals and Beaches mobile app and have their upcoming stay linked to their account. The Insider Gift options will be available 30 days prior to check-in and are only redeemable at the resort Spa or Tour desk (this excludes pre-arrival booked services).
3. Coral members may choose between a $50 spa credit or $30 Island Routes tour credit.
4. Sapphire members may choose between a $50 spa credit or $30 Island Routes tour credit.
5. Emerald members may choose between a $150 spa credit or $100 Island Routes tour credit.
6. Diamond members may choose between a $200 spa credit or $150 Island Routes tour credit.
7. Pearl and Ambassador members may choose between a $350 spa credit or $200 Island Routes tour credit.
8. The credit is valid once per stay, per couple. Split stays at the same resort are considered one continuous stay for the purpose of this benefit.
9. The credit is not combinable with other credits or offers. If your reservation already has another credit, then you may book an additional spa treatment or tour.
10. The Island Routes tour credit excludes the following services: Helicopter Transfers, Private Car Transfer, Charters, Airport Fast Track Services, Private & Bespoke Collection or Group Tours, Bahamas Swimming Pigs Tours, Shopping Tours, Rick's Café Bus Tour and Sandals Foundation Tours.
11. The Island Routes tour credit is based on two or more persons and cannot all be used on one person.
12. The Red Lane spa credit is valid on spa services and excludes retail products, applicable taxes, tips and service charges.
13. Members can change their reward prior to check-in, but if a reward is not selected prior then the default option will be the Red Lane spa credit. If at anytime the reward must be changed, it has to be done manually at the resort at the Island Insiders Lounge.

To be eligible for this benefit, a member must fulfill the following conditions:

Managers Wine List Discount

1. Be an active Island Insiders Club member logged into the Sandals and Beaches mobile app downloaded.
2. Open the app and show your membership card to a team member at a qualifying restaurant.
3. Eligible members may receive a 20% discount off any bottle from the Managers Wine List.

Ambassador Laundry Credit

1. Be an active Ambassador rewards member.
2. The $200 USD laundry service credit is provided per stay. Split stays at the same resort are considered one continuous stay for the purpose of this benefit. The total laundry credit applied across such stays may not exceed $200 USD.
3. The credit may be applied to any item listed on the Laundry Service price list.
4. The credit does not apply to laundry services that must be outsourced by the resort.
5. The credit is not combinable or transferable to future bookings.
6. The credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. The credit cannot be applied toward any other on-resort services.
8. The room folio will reflect both the laundry charges and the applicable credit applied.
9. Any laundry charges exceeding the $200 USD credit will be billed to the member's room account at standard rates.
10. This benefit can be withdrawn at any time.
