Beaches includes anytime dining at up to 21 global gourmet restaurants per resort, each with a different ambiance and a dedicated top chef specialising in each cuisine. Only Beaches includes 6 varietals of Robert Mondavi Twin Oaks® wine and up to 15 bars per resort offering an impressive array of top-shelf liquors.

* One (1) Butler suite category upgrade based on 12 paid rooms with the entry level butler category being available at the time of booking. Other restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Both offers are subject to availability and are capacity controlled and varies by resort and travel date.

Payment terms for Meetings & Incentives

Groups of 5 - 35 Rooms

  • A ten (10) percent deposit and a signed contract are required to reserve the total number of rooms listed in the contract.
  • A 2nd deposit in the amount of thirty-five (35%) percent is due ninety (90) days prior to arrival.
  • Final Payment is due forty-five (45) days prior to groups arrival at the resort along with a final rooming list and flight information.

Cancellation Terms

  • 91 or more days prior to group arrival, there will be no fee for any cancellations.
  • Between 90 - 75 day prior to arrival date, the 10% deposit becomes non-refundable.
  • Within 74 - 46 days prior to travel, 45% of the full room revenue will be charged for any cancellation.
  • Any cancellation or "NO SHOW" within 45 days prior to group's arrival will be charged 100% penalty of the full room revenue

Please note that the meeting and incentive inclusions are not applicable to Sandals Inn and are not combinable with social, family reunions, wedding or ReTie The Knot inclusions. Group concessions must be confirmed with Unique Travel Corp. Groups Department no later than sixty days prior to group's arrival at resort. Unique Vacation's Group Code program cannot be applied to meeting and incentive groups.
