Increased Points Multiplier

Earn points faster! We have adjusted and simplified the points per dollar multiplier that is earned with each stay. Sapphire, Diamond, and Ambassador Club members who had points multipliers that end in .5 are now rounded up so you can earn more points, faster.

  • Sapphire and Emerald - 2 points per $1 USD
  • Diamond - 3 points per $1 USD
  • Pearl and Ambassador - 4 points per $1 USD

Members now receive a Red Lane® Spa credit based on their member tier, replacing the previous couples massage voucher and providing members more flexibility and choice for redeeming spa treatments. Members can now earn the following Red Lane® Spa credit, once per stay:

  • Coral and Sapphire - $50 USD
  • Emerald - $150 USD
  • Diamond - $200 USD
  • Pearl and Ambassador - $350 USD

Island Routes VIP Discounts

Diamond, Pearl, and Ambassador members can now visit the Island Routes Tour desk while on resort to take advantage of a 10% discount off eligible Island Routes excursions. This offer is applicable for all Island Routes excursions except the following: Helicopter Transfers, Private Car Transfer, Charters, Airport Fast Track Services, Private & Bespoke Collection or Group Tours, Bahamas Swimming Pigs Tours, Shopping Tours, Rick’s Café Bus Tour and Sandals Foundation Tours.
